What is covered under the standard warranty?
All mechanical and electrical parts are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Sheet metal parts are warranted against rust and corrosion for one year. Extended warranties are also available for additional coverage.
What happens if I return a part?
Parts can be returned within 30 days, but they must be in the same condition as when sold. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and freight charges are non-refundable. Disassembled parts are not eligible for return or warranty.
Are special order parts refundable?
No, any special order parts or body sections cut to order are not eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.
What should I do if my part is defective?
Contact your original salesperson immediately. If the defect is confirmed, we will replace, repair, or refund the part at our discretion. Note that the warranty does not cover labor costs, towing, or loss of use.
Is there a warranty on automatic transmissions?
Yes, automatic transmissions are covered as functional assemblies for 90 days. However, seals, filters, and gaskets must be replaced before installation, and the cooling system must be flushed to maintain the warranty.
Do warranties cover labor costs?
Labor costs are not covered under our Standard, Silver, or Gold warranties. However, our Platinum Warranty includes coverage for both parts and labor.
