Was looking for some parts shipped to Alberta, unfortunately in the end I didnt buy due to it not being the same (when the manufacturer decides to design a “unique” seat for only 4 months of a specific yrs car..) but Nick still helped me sending multiple pictures even disassembling the seat so I can save some money on it as I needed a certain part of it. Much appreciated, they care for their customers and they’re on my list of shopping within Canada!

Good selection of parts. This place needs a self-pick section. The person that helped my (on the phone), and the other (in person) were very helpful and friendly… It was almost surprising, a good way! I didn’t feel any pressure, or that I was ‘bothering’ them, which is great. I’ll definitely shop there again, when they get more VW mk5/6 GTIs 🙂 Cheers.
I give them 5 stars for customer service, even though the part I received was defective. They shipped a part to me that turned out to be defective, but they refunded the full cost including shipping. So despite the inconvenience, I was very happy with the service I received.
I lost my gas cap so dropped in to see if I could purchase a replacement. The young man behind accompanied me to my car with a box of gas caps. We found one that fit and simply said “have a nice day” when I asked how much it would cost. That did in fact made my day a pleasant one
I’ve dealt with all of the sales guys here and they are the best! The parts are top notch. If I need to get an engine or transmission for a customer, these are my guys. If they say tested, it’s tested (not always something you can count on in this industry). Two thumbs way up.
My engine blew a month after my 5 year warranty expired and my 2015 was essentially a write off due to high cost of repair and lack of faith in the make. I posted it (freshly paid off) for parts and got mostly LOW ball offers. Arnprior & Ottawa Auto Parts approached me with an offer ABOVE asking, talked me through the whole sale, dropped off the cheque in Ottawa, agreed to remove and return the tires I just purchased on my old car and DELIVERED them to my home! Honest, professional and just flipping compassionate. I’m a single parent, single income earner, single vehicle household. Matthew and co. Were fabulous and made that entire ordeal just a lot easier. I HIGHLY recommend this business, especially so for any females struggling to find honest car services!

Wow! I went in to pick up a jump seat for my van and everyone there was incredibly helpful and friendly! They took the time to look in the van to make sure the seat I was looking at would fit and showed me other options that could work as well. Really impressed
