I am a 7 hour drive from the location of the wreckers and was really worried looking for a very rare part. Finding these in good condition is already a task in itself. I had a few fine gentlemen help me out describing the car and condition of the part.

I received a call that they would have to change how I would be receiving the item due to the size… a few minutes later they returned the call letting me know to sit tight and that it would be on the way. Part was shipped right to my doorstep.

I drove 4.5 hours to get here and another 4.5 hours to get back home. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Dealing with David was wonderful. Best Service I have ever had. Better than new parts. I purchased a new van thinking it was stow and go. The guy at Arnprior auto parts found me everything I needed to make it stow and go. Cleaned them up and even gave me tips on installation. Great prices. I am a repeat customer and I always know I can count on them.

I have bought an engine and differential from these guys and they are fast, friendly and most important the parts are good and were pulled professionally (no stripped out threads, broken fasteners, etc..) They are the only place in the Ottawa area that I will deal with for big ticket items.

Although my requirement was small and old, they were so helpful; found what I wanted, had it ready for pick-up, all done in 5 minutes. AO is very clean, has a huge range of vehicle parts, well displayed and a genuine friendly business.

Fast friendly service and hey parts at a great price. Can it really get any better than this? Oh wait. It’s locally operated. Great people with great attitudes. Small town service is the best quality.
